Welcome to Shari’s Low Carb Kitchen. I am delighted to share our journey into a low carb life.
I am Shari and am married to the love of my life, Mr. Low Carb, and we have 8 wonderful children along with 2 little saints in Heaven. I enjoy reading, learning, and spending time with my family. I am an introvert by nature though I force myself to do extravert activities. My husband and I also help others with their health through whole food concentrated nutrients with NeoLife a 60 yr old company with a spotless track record. We share because we are so grateful that it was shared with us. The Low Carb Life and NeoLife keep us super healthy!
We started this low carb journey to help my husband manage his type 1 diabetes and weight a little better. We took the whole family low carb because I do not run a restaurant or make different meals to suit each person. There is a plaque in my dining room that says, “Today’s menu: Two choices *Take it *Leave it. We are enjoying the benefits of this of this lifestyle in many ways. It is my hope to share with you some of our favorite recipes, books, podcasts and information on the things we are doing and why.
This blog is also a school project for my son who will be taking the pictures and managing the posts for me.
